  • Coding emails and website updates with basic HTML and minimal CSS

  • Executing list acquisition strategies designed to boost digital engagement, onboarding current and former retail employees as well as supporters and potential donors

  • Identifying organizer prospects; coordinating with the organizing team to ensure priority contacts are escalated through peer-to-peer texting in a timely manner in order to ensure online activity translates to offline grassroots action

  • Run regular tests on email, social, website, and acquisition strategies to identify the hardest-hitting, best-performing techniques and strategies that cut through the noise

  • Report out on digital results, providing metrics and analyzing what they mean for next steps & future campaigns

  • Maintain a digital content calendar tracking upcoming dates, actions, and compression moments to drive digital strategy

  • Additional digital campaigning responsibilities as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

  • A demonstrated ability to use storytelling and persuasive writing to explain complex legislative and corporate details

  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects

  • Organizing experience a plus

We’re Excited About You Because:
